We are an out-of-network provider for general commercial health insurance, which allows us to focus entirely on individualized, unconstrained care protocols. We routinely provide standardized superbills with diagnostic and CPT coding that you can submit directly to your carrier for reimbursement according to your out-of-network benefits. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, HSA and FSA.

Our Legacy Wellness Membership provides ongoing discounts of 15% to 20% on all individual appointments, along with priority booking windows and exclusive complimentary herbal tea consultations. Members with senior (65+) or verified active/veteran military status receive an additional tiered benefit.

Under Minnesota no-fault law, your automobile insurance Personal Injury Protection (PIP) covers reasonable and necessary medical treatments for accident recovery. Bring your claim number, date of injury, and adjuster contact details to your first visit. We verify benefits and handle direct billing so you experience zero out-of-pocket stress.

We reserve dedicated clinical space and prepare individualized botanical and herbal rooms for each guest. We require at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations to avoid a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session fee.
